the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.
I booked a double bed. at reception, i was told they only had twin bed rooms left even though i had booked a double. the twin rooms were cheaper than the double. i was still charged the higher price. It was take it or leave it. i wasn't best pleased!

An OK Stay, but the Dog Situation Concerned Me

The location was convenient. It provided a quiet environment during the night.
I was moved to a ground floor room because of heating issues, but I then discovered it was a dog-friendly room! As someone with asthma, I found this troubling because I wasn't informed in advance. I wondered if a dog had been on the bed before me.
